START TO FINISH: HOW DOES THE COHERENCE JOURNEY WORK?
Step 1: Discovery
We assess your current state and business processes by interviewing your people and learning from your culture. Why? Making the time to sit down with the people powering your business is essential for the first stage: Discovery.
Step 2: Vision
C-suite or Executive capacities are designed to be decision-making roles that have significant impact down the line. Unfortunately, these roles are often undermined by middle managers who simply do not or cannot buy into the vision for many reasons. This step empowers your business and trims down the excess. Why? Because it is crucial to determine who is on board and who isn't.
Step 3: Action Plan
After building data-driven person and business profiles for you and your team, we will develop and present action plans with deadlines for the organization in which the main drivers will be people from our team.
After the right Action Plan is selected by organization Managers, we will work to implement and integrate workflows using common tools like Agile, DevOps, 6S, Lean, or others where applicable and useful, eliminating unnecessary administrative hurdles and improving human interaction.
Step 4: Review and Iterate
Our team will go back to the drawing board as often as needed in order to quickly pivot away from processes which do not immediately work. Why? To eliminate waste and maximize operational efficiency.
